Paintballing

Paintballing

Adventure Description

Don’t just stand there, armed to the teeth with a paintball gun, a vest and a hopper full of ammo. Apply the best strategies. Hold your ground. Command your troop. And eliminate your opponents until you have captured their flag and won the day. This is what Paintballing on the Trident Island is about. At 500-GHC, get your game face on and come and prove what you’ve got, or stand aside and let your betters pass because this is war!

At the tournament level, and for only 1,000-GHC, you either present with your trusted gang or team up with others here on the Trident and take the war to your opponents, and their opponents, until there’s only one gang standing to make away with the opponents’ flags and the tournament tilapia or goat. Come with a sense of adventure for the boat ride to the Trident Island, and let’s see what you’re made of.

  • A small backpack
  • Good outdoor walking shoes or boots
  • Change of clothing
  • Sun cream
  • Insect repellent
  • Hat or cap
  • Some cash for lunch
  • Non-disposable water bottle
  • A good breakfast

Adomi Bridge Abseil

Adomi Bridge Abseil

Adventure Description

We also offer the adventure option of abseiling the iconic 50-ft Adomi Bridge. The Adomi Bridge is a two-hinged, silver-latticed, crescent-shaped arch bridge suspended over the River Volta and connecting the Atimpoku and Adomi townships.

After check-in at the reception of the Trident in Akwamufie, Abseilers will be guided to put on the requisite helmets, harnesses, karabiners and vests. The next step is a 5-km boat ride to the Adomi Bridge for the Abseil adventure. The 50-ft drop requires going over the dizzying edge, leaning as far back as the Abseil Guide will instruct, and trusting gravity to do the rest until you land on the watercraft on the river below.

A great spirit of adventure is required for this abseil 🙂

The Adomi Bridge Abseil adventure requires a reasonable sense of adventure and costs 500 GHS for adults and 300 GHS for children.

We highly recommend that Adventurers present with the following packing list:

  • Good outdoor walking shoes or boots
  • 1 Hat or cap
  • Sun cream
  • Sun glasses
  • etc.
