Adomi Bridge Abseil
Across the River Volta at Atimpoku is the iconic Adomi Bridge, an impressive marvel of engineering and unapologetic daring. After check-in at the Trident reception, a boat ride along the River Volta takes adventurers to the 50-ft-high bridge for the vertigo-inducing Adomi Bridge Abseil, at 500-GHS/adult and 300-GHS/child.
Boat Cruise – Day
Our riverine boat cruise package during the day involves a total 45-minute cruise from the Trident reception to the Akosombo Dam, or to the iconic Adomi bridge and back, at 500-GHS/adult and 300-GHS/child.
Akosombo Dam Hike
This mountain-hiking adventure takes place in the Akwamu Forest Hills and is 2.7km long in total. The peak offers a spectacular view of the Adome Bridge spanning the River Volta, as well as views of some of the River Volta’s Islands and costs 500 GHS/Adult and 300 GHS/Child.
The Olympus
The Olympus Adventure package involves hiking the 2km steep trail to Trident Peak, abseiling the iconic Adomi Bridge, returning to a Paintball battle on our Island, and crowning it all off with a 4km Kayaking foray around our Island at 1,000 GHS/adult and 500 GHS/child.
The Poseidon
The Poseidon combines the thrilling Vulcan Rock Abseil by boat ride with our 4km Kayaking foray around our Island. The option costs 500-GHS/adult and 300-GHS/child.
The Athena
The Athena joins a boat ride to our Island for a Paintball battle and ends with a 4km Kayaking foray around our Island. The option costs 500 GHS/adult and 300 GHS/child.
The Vulcan
The Vulcan starts with a mountaineering adventure to Trident Peak and includes a boat ride that ends with an abseil off the 100-ft Vulcan Rock. The option costs 500-GHS flat.
Riverine Kayaking
Kayaking on the Trident is a one-hour riverine foray around our Island and includes a mandatory capsize drill and a lot of water-based fun. The option costs 250-GHS/adult and 150-GHS/child.
The Odyssey
The Odyssey is the three-tier Adventure option: hiking the 1.8km Trident Peak, abseiling off the iconic Adomi Bridge, and kayaking the 4km expanse of the River Volta near our Island. The option costs 750 GHS/adult and 400 GHS/child.
Boat Cruise – Night
Our night-time riverine boat cruises offer a total 45-minute party cruise from the Trident reception to either the Akosombo Dam, or to the iconic Adomi bridge and back, at 500-GHS/adult and 300-GHS/child.
Paintballing
At 500-GHC, get your game face on and come and prove what you’ve got, or stand aside and let your betters pass because this is war!
Overnight Camping
Two days, one night of hiking up the Akwamu Gorge through which the Akosombo Dam was built, kayaking the breadth of River Volta, abseiling the 100-ft Vulcan Rock, paintballing and exploring all that our island has to offer, and camping beneath the stars at GHS 3,150 for adults and GHS 2,000 for children accompanied by adults.
